i formulated this incredibly delicious recipe myself in light of all my recently diagnosed allergies. i hope you enjoy! pass it on if you do.

1/3 cup cocoa powder
3/4 loosely packed brown sugar
2/3 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup rice flour
1/3 cup potato starch
1/2 cup nuts (i like black walnuts)
2 tbsp of ground flax seeds mixed with a little water
2 egg replacer eggs
2 tsp gf vanilla extract
pinch of salt

mix. adjust consistency with extra ground flax, potato starch, or coconut milk. bake in an oiled pan for about 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

The coconut milk sounds like an interesting addition - can't wait to try it :D
it makes it nice and moist, as well as flavorful.
