Hiya there I am new here. Last year I went wheat free and it improved my general health quite a bit, it cut down the amount of IBS attacks I was having. I know I shouldn't eat wheat but when I try to cut it out it seems to be that I have really bad cravings for it. I need to cut it out because I am fed up with the bloating the rashes and the long list of other symptoms that come with eating it.

I'm on a pretty tight budget at the moment due to being unemployed, anybody know a cheap way that I can avoid wheat without breaking the bank.
